What this site keeps, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted.

Who runs this site

Hamish Niven. I’m responsible for anything you give it.

The Free Report box. Your name, your email, and whether you ticked the mailing list. So I know who has used the Free Report. I only email you if you ticked the box.
The tester form. Your name, your email and your show’s name. Only to reply to you about the beta, and to send you your Deep Audit.
Your Deep Audit. If you are a tester, the results of your audit are kept securely, so I can answer your questions about them.
Your feed. The Free Report reads your feed and keeps nothing. To find your show and see where it is listed, the name you type and your feed’s address are sent to Apple, Spotify and the Podcast Index.

Names and emails are held by Netlify, the company that hosts this site. Netlify is a US company.

Nothing is sold, and nothing is passed on to anyone else.

12 months from the last time you gave your details. If you joined the mailing list, until you leave it.

This site uses no cookies. It keeps two small things in your own browser:

A note that you have already given your details, so you are not asked again. It stays until you clear this site’s data in your browser.
While the tab is open: your name, your email and your show’s name, so the tester form can be filled in for you. It goes when you close the tab.

Neither is sent anywhere. There is no tracking and no advertising.

Please provide the email address you used, and everything we have stored will be deleted from our system.
